It is impossible to achieve an outcome or a goal without being very patient!! It is said that we live in a society where we want everything available for us immediately, but this is a wrong approach when it comes to losing weight. What's healthy is to lose around 1,5kg weekly. Thus we can admit that a weight loss of a lot more than 1,5kg per week can sometimes be very unhealthy, specially when it is the result of a very restricted diet. It's important not to forget that to have a healthy diet it's critical to change our lifestyle and not just achieve our results as fast as possible! Food Wheel

We must eat a little bit of everything! Although everybody knows that the food wheel attempts to represent the types of food that we should eat more in the larger groups and vice versa, it is still something that's not represented in most people's diets. We should balance our diet so that we eat more of what we need the most. Our Diet must be balanced! We cannot look at some foods as if these sole foods could possibly make us fat. In order for somebody not to gain weight we need to balance the amount of calories that we ingest and the amount of calories that we lose on a daily basis. Naturally if we eat more calories than what our body needs we will end up gaining weight and vice versa even though this may not be this simple. Looking at the meaning of the word diet it is safe to conclude that a diet is no more than what we eat and drink on a daily basis. Whether a person's goal is to increase the muscle mass or lose weight or gain weight, each person will have a specific diet in order to achieve his goal.
