It takes time!!

It is impossible to achieve an outcome or a goal without being very patient!!
It is said that we live in a society where we want everything available for us immediately, but this is a wrong approach when it comes to losing weight. What's healthy is to lose around 1,5kg weekly. Thus we can admit that a weight loss of a lot more than 1,5kg per week can sometimes be very unhealthy, specially when it is the result of a very restricted diet. It's important not to forget that to have a healthy diet it's critical to change our lifestyle and not just achieve our results as fast as possible!
Healthy lifestyle
We must put together a healthy and balanced diet with the practice of physical exercise for us to be able to reach our goals. If we suddenly change our meal plan we'll feel that a diet is no more than a sacrifice made to achieve a short term goal.
The same applies to the practice of physical exercise, if we are not used to exercising our bodies and all of a sudden we start practicing physical activities of high intensity it will sure seem to us like a very impossible thing to achieve which can lead to us giving up easily.
It is fundamental to change our lifestyle but we can do it step by step instead of a quick change that will most likely bring us to the starting point.
